CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Minimum 24 hours notice of cancellation is required. Customer must call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with cancellation request. Order will be canceled and full refund will be processed/credited to your account within 7-10 business days. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours.
Cancellation of placed order which has already been processed and/or shipped is subject to 25% cancellation/restocking fee.
Please allow 7-10 business days from the date we receive your return to process your refund.
The refund will be issued and credited to the original card account, which was used to complete the order.
We DO NOT refund the original shipping charges or reimburse the cost of return shipping.

SHIPPING & RETURN POLiCY
We do not ship merchandise out of the United States of America.
Please read carefully the following steps below for RETURN and/or EXCHANGE:
- For RETURN or EXCHANGE Sovinifurnishing.com must be notified within 24 hours after the delivery. Customer must call us at Toll free: +1 (877) 930 - 8828 and request a return or exchange.
Customer must have an order number ready.
- Furniture MUST NOT BE ASSEMBLED. Assembled furniture is not RETURNABLE. No refunds allowed if the merchandise has been assembled or used.
- All returns must be in its original packaging including all manufacturer accessories and paperwork and in its original new condition. Please enclose the original receipt with your return. No returns accepted without the receipt.
- No refunds or exchanges allowed if the merchandise has been assembled or used. Never write anything on manufacturer package. Sovinifurnishing.com is not responsible for merchandise being damaged or lost before it reaches us.
- No returns accepted without manufacturer packaging.
- All eligible returns and exchanges are subject to 25% restocking fee.
- Damage and/or defect is not a subject to return the product without the applicable restocking fee. Any damaged/defected item will be replaced at no cost to you.
- Original shipping charges - NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Shipping Charges to return merchandise - NON REFUNDABLE.
- All orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery time depends on what a customer ordered and stock availability.
- The lead time between the placement of an order and delivery of merchandise from the manufacturer to is 7-10 business days. (Depends on stock availability and distance).
- Please note due to some of the products we offer are imported from Italy it takes longer to arrive and be delivered. Upon placing order customer representative will contact with shipping details.
DAMAGE / CLAIMS
Please read carefully the following steps for Damage/Claims
- Customer must inspect the merchandise for damage before signing the Delivery Acceptance form the carrier.
- Do not sign the Delivery Acceptance form until you inspect the merchandise for damage during shipping.
- No DAMAGE CLAIMS will be accepted if merchandise Delivery Acceptance form has been signed at the time of delivery.
- Please describe the damage on the Delivery Acceptance form and have the delivery team bring the merchandise back to warehouse for exchange/replacement.
- If you decide to keep damaged item/product Please note no DAMAGE CLAIMS will be accepted after delivery team leaves.
